HELLO!(: Past two days had heats. It's horrible i tell you. After not training for so long and you suddenly sprint and jump, it could bring you major injuries ): Team Netball (Chew) got 2nd for 4x100 (: I got 5th position in High jump which is horrible cause I had to fight with Amanda for it :\ Oh and for high jump. When you cant jump, DON'T JUMP. I jumped and my butt landed on the track a few centimetres away from the comfy mat. Not good. I should have just given my place up. Haha. Okay byebye I'll post another time. |
